The charming decor and wonderfully friendly staff. Breakfast featured fresh pastries and a decent coffee selection.

The noise from the pedestrian street below sometimes interrupted my peace, and the checkout time felt a bit too early.

The proximity to the Jewish ghetto and synagogue since we were there during the Sabbath

No elevator and the breakfast was quite poor-only one type of cereal and one crossiant per person

The hotel had a comfortable and absolutely perfect location, close to a train station. The room was air-conditioned, good little and had a kettle, a minibar and Wi-Fi. The breakfast was savoury and good, the check in was early: D

The shower head in my room was practically a weapon, cutting my hand, and no one bothered to fix it, how charming. The breakfast area reminded me of a sardine can, i expected more space. For the inconvenience, an upgrade woudl ve been nice, but alas, i'm just a regular guest here, not royalty.

The location is very good - near train station and bus station. The city is quite small and easy to go by foot. The people in hotel were very helpful and they made the good feeling of the hotel.

We had a room in 4th floor and quite big bags. There were no elevators, so we had to move them manually. The breakfast was nothing special but acceptable: packed toast with packed pastry and jam, and coffee.

Feel very comfortable. Friendly staffs and the room is clean, good location, easy to go from the hotel to water bus station or to the city bus park to go to the airport.

But they dont have elevator there. So if you stay on the 4th or 5th floor, it will get a lil' tired to go up there.

Its perfect location, just a short walk from the train station, made exploring Venice easy. The breakfast featured a lovely selection of items, and the staff were friendly.

Room was a bit small.

The breakfast spread was good with plenty of choices, especially for vegans! The quiet location was perfect for a restful sleep. But, the shower maintenance needs improvement 😅

The stairs to get up to your room. There is no elevator and no one will carry your bags for you. It's can be quite a hike if you are on one of the higher floors.

Its worth the money you pay and its next to Piazza Rome and train station, easy to find .

At breakfast you can add ham and cheese with the others so that will be a great start for the day.

Hotel in very good location - 3 min from railway station. In Venice in case if your hotell far from railway you need brig your lugadge thrue steps, bridges, etc. Venice not a big city, walking time to S Marco - 15-20 min. Not noisly, room small, like any room in Venice. If i satayed in this room not in Venice - it will be negative feedback. In Venice - this hotel - value for maney/

Helpful staff and hotel is very convenient to the Venice train station.

No air conditioning and no private bath in our room.

I appreciated the hotel's excellent décor and spacious rooms. The breakfast options lacked variety, especially for a long stay.

Friendly and experienced staffs.

No curtain in the bath tub, this make the bathroom all wet. Breakfast only got bread.
